Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front private lawned garden, plus shared lawn and patio to rear with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Beach 1 min walk. Note: Due to the period of the cottage, doorways are low and stairs are steep and narrow, there is a step up into the twin bedroom and the bedrooms have access directly from the stairs; may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or children under 5 years of age. Note: Access to the cottage is over a lawned garden and down a step through the rear door into the kitchen.
